Until the late 1950s the Ilyushin Il-10, a successor to the well-known war-time Il-2 Shturmovik attack aeroplane, was the principal mount of the attack air regiments of the Soviet, Czechoslovak, Polish, Hungarian, Bulgarian and Romanian Air Forces. These aeroplanes were also delivered to North Korean and Chinese air forces.
The "Dozen Set" line of handbooks is aimed especially at scale modellers. Each title describes twelve particular aeroplanes, documented by period photos, and also brings useful detailed shots which can be utilised in finishing the models.
The publication has 28 pages, including a total of 47 overall and detailed photographs, 12 pages with colour camouflage schemes and their description. Text in English.
A comprehensive decal sheet is added for modellers' convenience. Two variants of this title are available, one including 1/72 scale decal sheet (MKD72001) and the other with 1/48 scale decal set (MKD48001). Following aircraft are depicted on each decal sheet: Soviet Union (3x), Czechoslovakia (3x), Poland (1x), Hungary (1x), Romania (1x), Bulgaria (1x), China (1x) and North Korea (1x).
